Rainbow Six Siege August Major to be held in Berlin

Ubisoft has revealed where the next Rainbow Six: Siege Major will be held and also exactly when it will be taking place. For the upcoming August Major, it will be Berlin, Germany that will be hosting the tournament, and as for when that will be, August 15-21 are the dates.

We're told that this event will feature a live audience, but that it will only be the playoffs and grand final that will be open to the public, as the group stage between August 15-17 will be strictly held behind closed doors.

Otherwise, in the blog post, it's noted that the venue for the tournament will be the Theater am Potsdamer Platz, and that as past Majors have, this one will also feature an Operator bundle that dresses up one of Siege's characters to reflect the esports tournament.
