Real Betis Balompié, a Spanish football team, have entered the Virtual Football Organisation by revealing their three team captains, who are now responsible to choose and manage players for the tournament circuit starting in January.
The tournament is called he Primeria Division del FIFA 17 and will take on an 11v11 format on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Betis haven't decided on players yet, but say that applications are open. Either way, they've joined the likes of PSG, Schalke 04, and Legia Warsaw as football teams that are venturing into esports.
